What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken clasps, loose stones, faulty links)
- Premature tarnishing or discoloration not caused by misuse
- Structural issues that affect wearability

What’s Not Covered:
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading from exposure)
- Lost or stolen items
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations

How to Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at hello@alinkriti.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem

We’ll assess your claim and offer one of the following:
- Free repair or replacement
- Store credit if the item is no longer available

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us. We’ll cover the return shipping for approved warranty claims.

Limitations:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.
